The d2 Commercial heat press is the ultimate pressing machine. This model is designed for volume and efficiency. It comes equipped with dual pedestals and your choice of two Deks (Long Sleeve/Pant requires extra cost). The shirt Dek can instantly be configured from Portrait to Landscape using the Quikclik placement lock. Vertical format is ideal for imprinting on most sizes of T-shirts. The broad Horizontal format is perfect for larger sized garments. Efficiency is maximized by our digital control console with pre-set press programs for vinyls, transfers or sublimation and a manual mode.

The d2 340 Wide Format heat press continues to expand on the capabilities of your production setup. Increased heat Dek size allows for larger surface area of pressing. Coupled with the iDekusa Dek interchangeable capability, there is almost no size or type of job that cannot be completed in both low and high production runs.

The s1 Professional heat press is the foundation of the entire iDek product line. It comes equipped with one pedestal and a 14 x 17 inch image Dek or pocket/universal Dek. The nice thing about the s1 is the ability to upgrade at any point in the development of your business. You can add a second workstation, simply by purchasing an additional pedestal and image dek. The benefit is total production capabilities. All of our specialty Deks are compatible additions to both the s1 Professional and the d2 Commercial heat presses.

Never before has there been a “flat” Cap press, let alone one that can press two caps at once. The unique shape of each image Dek holds the bill of the hat firmly out of the way during the press mode while keeping the press area snug to the lower Dek surface. Facilitates images, text or numbers up to 3 inches in height and 4 inches in length.

Imprinting long sleeves and pant legs is a business in itself. Fleece sweats or nylon outerwear are an essential component for nearly every sport, indoors and out. Countless corporate, civil and industrial uniforms provide recognition or identity through embellishment. Our Long Sleeve/Pant Leg Dek replicates the shape of the item to be imprinted. There is an image Dek suspended on both sides of the Quikclik plate for dual operation and ease of over/under loading. Each Long Sleeve Dek has individual pressure adjustment for high resolution transfers. Each Dek is 3-3/4" wide x 17" long. Patent pending design.

Pockets are just one of the ways this custom Dek can be of benefit. Any dress shirt, polo shirt or T-shirt with a pocket can be imprinted using the dual pocket Dek. Some other uses include corporate exposure, event recognition or uniforms. Whatever the reason, permanent images are easily attained with the pocket Dek from iDekUSA. Two pockets can be done at the same time, and the lower image Dek has been designed with a taper to secure the pocket in place while the image is being transferred. Slim line silicone pads allow the user to easily slip the garment pocket over each pocket Dek. The Universal Dek is ideal for tagless label imprints on the inside or outside of the back of the shirt neck. Also beneficial for sublimation transfers on tote bags, puzzles, mouse pads and more. As with all of our specialty Deks the garment can be both loaded with the over/under loading technique or laid on top of the printing surface.

Our standard 14" x 17" Dek quickly changes from horizontal to vertical format, just like the page in your design program. Combined with iDeks unique heating element that will match the format change, wider designs or larger garments can still be pressed just as fast and efficiently. The portrait position is perfect for T-shirts (Most Adult sizes) while landscape works best for larger format adult sizes. The over/under loading technique is possible because of the cantilevered styling of the pedestal. Ghosting problems from unwanted transferring to the next layer of the garment are eliminated without the need for pillows or parchment paper

Our 17 " x 20" Deks avaliable in the Wide Format series models which have a matching 17"x 20" heating element, allow for pressing of oversized prints that do not fit in the 14" x 17" or 17" x 14" format. The largest of the large garments can be pressed without losing any of the other features built into all models of the iDek. Another convenient feature of the wide format Dek and heating element combination is the ability to "gang" multiples of substrates such as tiles, small fabrics pieces, and other articles that can be pressed in a multiple layout fashion. With the larger pressing area, you can press more even faster than before.

Our Youth Sized 10" x 10" and 10" x 14" Deks™ allow for convenient and efficient pressing of children's wear and specialty items. Youth size shirts and small garments can still be over/under loaded and pressed without stretching the garment. Items such as bags with straps and safety vests with reflective strips that can be ruined by heat can be pressed using our youth sized deks.
